Originally trained as a teacher, I currently run a private practice as a counsellor and Journey Practitioner. In 1999, as a mother of three, I experienced what I would call an “emotional crisis”. Like many others I was beginning to wonder about my life purpose. I knew in my heart that teaching in schools was no longer resonating for me, so what next?
I remember in meditation putting out a prayer for guidance, that I would be led to whatever it was that I was meant to be doing.

Within days a friend of mine handed me a copy of The Journey, by Brandon Bays. As I read each word, somewhere inside me I knew this was the answer to my prayer. Within weeks, a series of synchronicities began to occur and before I knew it I was attending the first ever Melbourne Journey Intensive weekend in February 2000.
I became part of the first accreditation programme in Australia in 2001. Depression, asthma, and deep emotional issues within me began to “finish themselves” as I was gently able to clear them all out using the Journey process.
Today I feel so grateful and humbled by all the people who come so openly and willingly to do Journey work. There is such an awakening happening at the moment and I feel so awed and privileged to be part of it.
To be able to facilitate an opening in which people can dive and uncover their potential and heal long-standing emotional and physical issues is truly a blessing. I feel I am finally living my purpose and helping others to do the same.
